Privacy notice
Careful with what you entrust to us.

1. Who is responsible

EnergyJoy®, led by Lisette Lucas, is responsible for processing through lisettelucas.nl. EnergyJoy is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 27268703. For privacy questions, email info@lisettelucas.nl.

2. Data we process

Depending on your route, we process your name, email address, business contact details, language, source page, consent information, message or enquiry details, call and follow-up status, and necessary technical security information. Share only what is relevant in free-text fields.

3. Why and on what basis

• to handle your message, enquiry or booking;
• to send requested transactional confirmations and practical information;
• to manage appropriate next steps and client relationships;
• to secure the website and improve the funnel without personal data;
• to send marketing emails only after valid consent.

Depending on the situation, the legal basis is your request before a possible agreement, performance of an agreement, a legitimate interest in secure and careful operations, a legal obligation, or your consent.

4. Enquiry forms are not automatic marketing subscriptions

A Contact, Private Access or Media enquiry is processed as a business enquiry. It does not automatically add you to a marketing list. Li’s Private Leadership Notes require a separate, voluntary choice followed by confirmation through email. Without that second confirmation, marketing remains blocked. Every marketing email includes a direct unsubscribe option.

5. Systems and service providers

We use carefully selected providers for website hosting and security, Brevo for contact, CRM and email processing, and Calendly for scheduling. If you choose to open media from YouTube, Spotify or other external platforms, their privacy terms also apply. Processors receive access only for their agreed task.

6. Retention

We generally retain closed or unsuitable enquiries for no more than 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless earlier deletion is requested or a longer period is needed for an agreement, dispute or legal obligation. We retain accounting and invoice data for seven years. Unsubscribe and suppression records may be retained longer to prevent someone from being emailed again unintentionally.

7. International processing

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards where required, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

8. Analytics and cookies

Necessary technology may be used for security and operation. Non-essential analytics or marketing technology is activated only after an appropriate choice or consent. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and free-text intake fields never belong in analytics.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for the future at any time. Email info@lisettelucas.nl. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

10. Changes

We update this notice when systems or processing change materially. Version: 10 August 2026.
