A year to get to know your abilities and learn to use them.
You learn through experience, practice and reflection. What did you actually perceive? Where did you begin filling in the gaps? How might you approach it next time? I guide the programme. You discover how your development takes shape in your own life.

Live teachings, practice, reflection and integration come together in one carefully held collective field. Not to become the same kind of leader, but to hold more of who you already are.
Mediumship as precision training
Mediumship has its own place here. You work with intuitive and mediumistic impressions, learn to describe what you receive clearly and practise responding to feedback. A no is information too. You do not have to make a perception fit.
Perceptive Intelligence™
What you develop is applied where it truly matters: decisions, people, relationships, creation, visibility, impact and legacy. Perception becomes not an isolated talent, but a professional leadership capacity.
You do not have to want to become a professional medium. And if developing or deepening your mediumship is exactly what brings you here, there is room for that. What matters is how you want to use your abilities.
WHAT SUPPORTS THE FIELD
Beneath this leadership field sits the existing Mastery Inner-Medium Academy Level 1 environment, with digital modules and live Zoom training. They provide the infrastructure for experience, practice and depth; they do not prescribe who you must become.
Level 1 is a complete year in its own right. Those who wish to deepen their mediumship afterwards may qualify for Level 2 and later Level 3. You do not need to commit to a continuation now.

Do I need to want to become a medium?
You do not have to want to become a professional medium. You can develop these abilities for yourself and your existing work. If deepening your mediumship is your goal, that belongs here too.
Why does Lisette call it the Inner-Medium™?
The Inner-Medium™ is the inner instrument through which you receive, discern and translate information beyond the purely rational. It is not a role you need to adopt, but a natural capacity that can be developed professionally.
What do I develop in the twelve-month field?
You train perception, stability, inner authority and embodiment. Live teachings, practice, reflection and integration bring that development into your real leadership and life.
What is the difference between the flagship field and Private VIP?
The flagship field is a selective twelve-month group field. Private VIP adds six months of personal proximity and WhatsApp integration for leaders who want to work with Lisette more directly and intensively.
Do I need previous experience?
You can be an experienced leader and new to this perceptive work. You are adding a new intelligence layer to your existing expertise. Tell us what you have experienced or learned when we speak. Together, we look at whether your starting point and the programme fit.
How can I use this within my profession?
Imagine noticing tension in a conversation. You learn to explore what you feel yourself and what you may be assuming about the other person. From there, you can ask a question, express a boundary or gather more information. Your professional expertise remains part of your work.
What role do Spirit and mediumship play?
Mediumistic development is an essential part of my work. This includes working with Spirit and contact with loved ones who have passed. We discuss your experiences and questions so you can explore whether this way of working fits you.
What time and investment are involved?
You join the group programme for twelve months, with digital modules and live Zoom training. When we speak, we discuss the current schedule, practice, guidance, investment and payment options. You can assess the practical fit before joining.
When might this programme be less suitable?
You need to be willing to make time for practice, receive feedback and explore your perceptions. If you mainly want someone to make your decisions for you, or a year-long commitment does not fit your life right now, please say so. A clear no is a useful outcome too.
Do I have to continue after this year?
No. Level 1 is a complete year. Level 2 and Level 3 are possible continuations for which you may qualify. They are not required parts of your participation.
